Those are just indicators for [L] Locked Fx (either by the locked checkbox or because folder is readonly on disk), [F] Fx from FxFactory (you can open FxFactory for those with the little FxFactory icon on the top) and [M] Main Fx (that are in the system folder and not the user folder).
