Only in FCPX Manager but changes are not visible on disk or in FCPX. Because changing original data may be an issue for updates of you plugins, if you want copies with another name use favorite. If you want to change anyhow the name on disk, click open Enabled Folder, and rename it in Finder (at your own risk). Please note that doing this the Fx will then show up in "Not Found" in FCPX Manager as it will not find original filename, and with the new name will be seen as a "new" Fx. This means if you have any data saved into the Fx, you will have to copy it from the old one in "Not Found" to the new Fx.
