If the application stopped without your request, it would propose you to send log file on start.

If the application did not quit yet, you can send the running log file with the Tools menu, send log file.

Please provide any detail information in comment and your email address for feedback. It is best to create a ticket after sending the log, in the ticket indicate your licence id for better tracking.
